So much fun and excitement in these kids as Christmas was approaching. We took part in a lot of fun new and old traditions this season. The RACK (random act of Christmas kindness) was something new this year. Each day the kids would pull out a task to preform. A few of the things we did were, donate items to our local animal shelter, bake cookies for the fire department, made gifts for teachers, bus drivers and list things we were thankful for. I was so proud of the kids for being so happy and willing to complete these selfless acts.
The elves came back to visit again this year. Zomber (Ayden's elf), Chippy (Alyssa's elf) and Wonder (Avery's elf). The kids were excited each morning to see where their elves had landed.
We made candy trains this year and had a lot of fun making (and eating) them!
We ended the season by sharing some great times with all our family.
